Rules

  1. You must be over 18 to play. If you are under 18 please ask an adult to play on your behalf.
  2. You can sign up to the website using your facebook profile or email address.
  3. Every day you visit the site you can collect a unique raffle ticket by clicking the ‘collect ticket’ button found on the weekly draw page. Every Saturday 10 (ten) raffle tickets are drawn at random, with each ticket winning a cash prize. The value of the prize depends on the position the ticket is drawn, with the first drawn ticket winning the biggest prize and tenth drawn the smallest.
  4. Winners have 1 week from the date of the draw to collect their prize.
  5. If the winner fails to visit the site and collect the prize before 18:00 (GMT) on the following Saturday day then the prize is lost and rolls over into the following weeks draw.
  6. Players can only register once. You can either register via your Facebook account or via an email address. Users can only have one email registered at any one time. Anyone found breaking this rule will have their account suspended without notice.
  7. Winnings will be issued via Paypal.
  8. To collect winnings the player needs to visit the site and press the ‘Claim Winnings’ button before 18:00 on the 7th day from the date of the draw that they won in. This option only appears if you are a winner.
  9. You can subscribe to email alerts to remind you to collect a ticket. If they fail, or your email provider chooses to filter them into Spam/Junk folders then we are not liable for missed winnings.
  10. In order to keep the site fair we reserve the right to query certain entries. In particular, ‘role’ based email addresses (eg. info@company.com) or non-personal addresses (eg. company@hotmail.com) are likely to be queried if they are one of multiple entries from a single username. We ask that you avoid using such email addresses if you can.
  11. Extra raffle tickets can be won by participating in other site offers, games, surveys etc. These tickets are awarded at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse issue of extra tickets without giving notice.
  12. We reserve the right to withhold winnings if we cannot ascertain that the entry is legitimate.
  13. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the bigfreegiveaway.com website (“the Site”) operated by Settnet Ltd. Your access to and use of the Site is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and the rules above. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, players and others who access and use the Site.
  14. We may terminate or suspend access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or rules above.
